Other Medical Proffesionals
Our Practice is supported by a range of healthcare proffesionals who work across the local network to help meet your needs. This includes Physician Associates, Dietitians, Pharmacy Technicians, Mental Health Practitioners, and Social Prescribers, all working alongside our GP team to provide comprehensive care.
We are also a teaching practice, and you may be offered appointments with student doctors or other trainees. All learners are closely supervised by qualified General Practitoners to ensure you recieve safe, high quality care. We appreciate your support in helping train the next generation of healthcare proffesionals.
The Administration Team
Our administration team supports the smooth running of the practice and helps patients access the care they need. The team includes receptionists, medical secretaries and senior administrators.
Reception staff are your first point of contact, helping with appointments and directing enquires. Medical secretaires manage refferals, reports and clinical correspondence. Senior administrators oversee services to ensure they run effectively.
The team handles a wide range of patient queries and works closeley with clinicians so you receive the right care as quickly as possible.
Community and Care Co-ordination
This service provides support, advice, and guidance to patients of all ages. It helps individuals access the right services by offering signposting and refferals tailored to their needs.
Support may include advice on care, refferals for respite care, transport, financil and benefits support, housing, and equipment. The service also connects people to local support groups, volunteers, and resources to reduce social isolation and support carers.
The aim of this role it to help patients to navigate services more efficently and ensure they recieve the right support at the right time.
